Orchard Cottage is situated in the City of St Davids. It has a very large garden and as its name implies an orchard. The cottage is elevated with views south to the Cathedral, west overlooking playing fields towards Carn Llydi and east to the Bell Tower. From the first floor there are lovely views over the Cathedral, farmland, coastline and Ramsey Island beyond.

Orchard Cottage is an elegant and quiet house surrounded by gardens from which you can walk out to the untouched National Park. A short walk takes you to the shops, pubs and restaurants. It takes about five minutes to walk down to the Cathedral (and about 10 back). In the summer months there are frequent coastal bus services so that you can enjoy longer cliff top walks by catching a bus out and walking back. In the winter the Puffin shuttle (400) and Strumble shuttle (404) operate with the 411 providing a regular service between Haverfordwest and St Davids.

Orchard Cottage has ground and first floor accommodation:

FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION

• TWO LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOMS. The main bedroom has a King size bed and twin 3’ beds in bedroom 2. Both rooms have ample storage and good views. The main bedroom overlooks the Cathedral with Ramsey Island in the distance. The second bedroom has views towards Carn Llydi.

GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION

• SITTING ROOM with feature fireplace (logs provided) and picture window to Cathedral, welsh dresser, wood block floor, TV, video.

• KITCHEN / BREAKFAST ROOM with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Table and six stools. Lovely views towards Carn Llydi. Door to carport.

• DINING ROOM with a large dining table seating 6/8 people. There is a double sofabed for an extra two people. French doors open into the garden and orchard.

• BEDROOM 3 with twin beds.

• BATHROOM with bath, wash basin and loo.

• SHOWER ROOM and second loo (integral to house with external entrance).

Weekly rates include free logs and electricity, linen (please bring your own towels).

There is private parking for 4 to 5 cars (tandem parking) within the grounds of the cottage.
