Visiting St Davids

Post by petsitr3@cs.com » Thu Oct 27, 2005 2:19 pm

I plan to visit St. Davids in March, 2006 and am reading everything I can about it. I will be there for one week. Can anyone give me information on local activities that shouldn't be missed? I'll be there from March 4-12.

A boat trip round Ramsey Island. Failing that, walk along the coast path on a windy day. Fantastic.

Hey Petsitr3, whatever you do, do not take an evening stroll down Goat St on the saturday you are visiting, don't forget to spend some time at the Cathedral as its magnificent.

Be safe

St.Davids and Bulgaria

Post by zdrasti » Wed Feb 01, 2006 10:37 am

St.Davids is generally great - go and visit whitesands and walk out onto st.davids head - both good places to relax.
If you want a bigger adventure come out to Bulgaria- Veliko Turnovo area- the countryside is magnificent, the people are very friendly and house prices are amazingly low - 20000 euros for a 4 bedroom house and it is 30p for a pint. If anyone wants more info contact me at chervendrakon@mail.bg or on 00359885127552.
