hello.Looking for a builder in the solva area to build me an extention on my house while im away.Timothy davies name has been mentioned but i was told he couldn't build a lego house properley and then it would take fifty years.

And he has a winkle that leans to the souther side!

If you coud just leave the keys to your vehicle with the house keys as i may need a form of getaway......I mean of course, transport to move '' building material'' around!!

Should one require some sort of legally [u]blinding[/u] contract......I know of a highly reputable solicitor ( sic ) who, for a small stipend would be willing to draw up something quick!!!

Hi just posting to let you know that i am going to have tim davies the job of building my extention in solva although other builders have told me not to be so mad and think about what i am doing.Please can anybody help me find another COWBOY who can do the job much much much cheaper than mr davies.

Hey PP!
Did you ever get Tim Davies to start on your extension? Or did you find another cowboy to do the work?
I have a free couple of days at the end of November, i could always nip in and lend a hand!
